A fitness class blending a variety of martial art techniques. Provides safe yet challenging real life scenarios while providing a pleasing work out.

Zumba & Pound Fitness

Come burn some calories and have fun while you do it. If you have never tried Zumba or Pound now is the time, it is not a work out it is a party!
